Keeping them away from our face works miraculously because there's just no way we can smoke, thanks Dale.

And to encourage that, don't keep ANY around you!  If you live with someone who smokes, ask them to hide them from you.  You can't give in and smoke what you don't have!

Yes, keep them away from your face AND your hands...just KEEP THEM AWAY, PERIOD.  No excuses...no reason to have them hanging around.  If someone in your home smokes, ask them to support your quit and do it outside...ask them to NEVER leave cigarettes laying around.  I would have done that for anyone when I was still smoking.
