I use a free app called Smoke Free. You can upgrade and pay. It tells you lots of things like money saved, health improvement, badges for achievement, etc. You can also mark down cravings and triggers. There is a Diary function. You can unlock everything on the app for $4.99 which is less than 1 pack of sickarettes.
I used Smoke Free as well. It's kind of fun watching the statistics, and I think the tracking of my triggers was helpful at the beginning. But I use this website far more than I used Smoke Free.
