I posted it but, now I can't find it.
I'm new and still trying to find my way around here.
I figured that is where we document
any and all progress.
crazymama_Lori Good advice on finding auto-saved posts that were closed unexpectedly. To have a "draft" you need to intentionally save it as such. It's not something the site automatically does.
Tammyzhere I see The stinky, security blanket I've clung to for 4 decades. Was that your post? You mentioned weirdness so perhaps there is another one out there that is still missing?

nope not that one - that was posted as a question....
I actually wrote out a thing named "weirdness"
in the my blog section.
its not there - maybe you saved it as a draft? Go to your content and click on drafts on left hand side. It was not published as far as I can see.
Thanks for trying to help me find it. I looked under draft. It isn't there either. It's kinda annoying since I spent about an hour writing the thing. Maybe it's because I included a link to a copyrighted material - the Allen Carr pdf free book It should have given me the option to delete that instead of just tossing out the whole thing.
Not sure - I did not think that it worked that way but perhaps Mark can help.
Sorry you don’t know where your blog is. Can you start to create a new one and see if it asks you if you want to recover the one you were doing? Sometimes it will auto save and then present the work in progress copy the next time you create content of the same type. When you try to post prohibited content it will have a red bar warning. The post will stay in create mode until you remove the prohibited content or change places. It will not delete the whole thing it simply won’t allow the content to publish.
Give it a try and see what happens.
yep that worked - thanks
I've done that before. What I did was go back and create the original format, blog, discussion, document, question, and then begin to type and it will ask me if I want to recover a previous version. The main thing is to go back to where it was in the first place, in your case, a question. go to the pencil located on the top right, and go to ask a question (which I'm assuming you went to in the first place) and start typing, I'm positive it will show up again.
they started this new addition here of copyrights and when you either try to post a picture or a link that's now allowed, sometimes it doesn't give you a pop up or a message, it will simply not post. You're better off just mentioning the item and suggest that people search for it on Google or the Internet themselves.
nope that was the one - I just re-named it
