      Happy Saturday!!!!!  Well the weekend is here!!!!!  What does everyone have planned?  I don’t have anything special in mind   Yesterday I bought some Christmas cookies.

     Isn’t it great that no matter what happens we do not have to smoke!!!!!!  Quit smoking is a glorious gift!!!!!!  Cherish it and love it!!!!!!  Namaste

Good morning Mike !  I went on vacation last week it was great now I have a lot of yard and garden clean up to do !

It sure is a glorious gift  to be free of the chains that smoking binds around you  ! I pray for all the newbies quitting today that they will hold fast and claim there freedom ! Today I can say thanks to you Mike and all the Ex'ers ........
