DAY 2785 It's Been A while

I'm still smoke free and I love it. I miss coming here but not a lot of time to blog .For the Newcomer  if you are scared  to QUIT it is only natural to fear the unknown. I was full of fear but I faced it head on I prepared for my QUIT three months before I actually QUIT. I tracked every cigarette by that I mean, I would count each cigarette I smoked in a day, And I would write down why I wanted to smoke at that certain time where I was when I lit up. This helped me tremendously along with Bottled water and SUGARLESS GUM I was able to maintain my QUIT. MAY GOD BLESS US ALL WITH ANOTHER SMOKE FREE DAY

Congratulations on such an amazing quit and thank you for sticking around and offering support to others.  I, too, tracked cigarettes and I was able to identify my triggers and plan for when they would occur.  I sure did use that water bottle.
