Hi everyone,

    Happy Sunday!!!!!  Are you ready for a day of rest?  It’s a pleasant change!!!!!!  I didn’t go out much yesterday.  It was chilly.

     How is everybody’s quit smoking going?  Mine is fine.  As you get time in the urges and cravings become less and less!!!!!  Then it becomes a wonderful journey of recovery!!!!! It is worth every bit of it!!!!!   Stay with it!!!!!!  Namaste
