    Happy Friday!!!!!!  Here comes the weekend again!!!!!!  What are everybody’s plans?  Yesterday I got the wash done.  

    If you are wanting a cigarette, hang in there!!!!!!  It will pass in a few minutes!!!!!  Deep breathing helps.  I also kept Tic Tacs around.  In time things get better!!!!!!  Stay with it!!!!!!  Namaste
