I am so thankful I quit smoking cigarettes it's been 10 days OF FREEDOM without a cigarette no more smelling like smoke r have to leave a outting to take a smoke or hear I wish you would quit those things now I don't even wanna smell one taste one be around them even Im so proud of my 10 DOF!!!

Those 10 days are looking mighty GOOD on you, too!  Pretty soon I bet somebody is going to notice that your skin is no longer so sallow looking.  Somebody actually told me my skin started to glow!!!!
