I haven't smoked y'all not one cigarette I don't even have a pack here I actually did the breathing technique and it helped me I'm gone out of town to get my dress forget online I'm praying I find the most beautiful modesty dress an it's cream an Xlarge in my size due to quittng smoking I put on a few pounds an so fast but I am going on a diet after wedding is done...I love you guys for being so open so stern with me I NEEDED IT MAN!!
