Hi all,

    Happy Thursday!!!!!!!!  How’s it going?  My refrigerator is really stocked up now.  So are my cupboards.  Today is the first appointment with my new doctor. I hope it goes well.

     Isn’t it great to be free of nicotine addiction?  We have come a long way!!!!!  It’s something marvelous that is happening!!!!!!!!  Rejoice and celebrate!!!!!!!  Namaste

Good morning, Mike.  I need to get my refrigerator and cupboards stocked too...not my favorite activity to go grocery shopping.  At the moment, my pantry is filled with cat food and little else.
