    Happy Saturday!!!!!!  How's it going?  Good I hope.  Today I will probably update my IPhone at the Internet cafe.  

    Yesterday I was reviewing Allen Carr's book again.  Once the nicotine monster in our bodies is dead and the brainwashing is undone, we can begin to really live!!!!!  We experience life in a totally new way!!!!  Stay with it!!!! You will get it!!!!!  Namaste
