    Happy Labor Day!!!!!!!!  I hope everybody has a good holiday!!!!  Yesterday was communion at our church.  It was nice.

    As you celebrate the holiday don't forget to safeguard your quit!!!!  Holidays are a good time but can be dangerous to recovery!!!!!  Stay with it!!!!  You will never regret it!!!!!  Namaste

Good morning Mike.  Happy Labor Day.  I enjoyed communion yesterday also.  Our new female pastor is doing a beautiful job.  You are right about never regretting quitting smoking.  It has made my retirement so much better.  I am grateful.  It wasn't easy but so worth it.  Hope you do something enjoyable today.  Take care.
