    Happy Tuesday!!!!!!!   I hope everybody had a good Labor Day!!!!!  It was an enjoyable time for me!!!!  

    We have seen through the lies of addiction!!!!!!  We are the lucky ones!!!!!!  Many go through life and never realize they are addicted!!!!!!  They live and die thinking they love to smoke.  Stay with it!!!!!  It's worth every bit of it!!!!!!  Namaste

Good morning Mike.  I love Tuesday"s.  It is my evening to do yoga at the health club.  My instructor, Bill has been leading the class for about 18 years.  I have been doing it that long.  It feels very social along with all the lovely benefits of yoga.  Have a wonderful Tuesday.  Namaste
