Hi everybody,

    Happy Sunday!!!!!!!!  Today our church will have communion.  It's good for the soul!!!!!!  The temperature continues to drop here.  I've been wearing a coat outside.

    Isn't life after nicotine great?  I wish it hadn't taken me so long to find it but it did.   The advantages are many!!!!!  It takes a while to get use to it but it sure is worth it.  Stay with it!!!!!  You can do it!!!!!!  Namaste
