Hi all 

    Happy Monday!!!!!  I just wrote a blog and lost it.  The church celebration was a good time!!!!!  I really enjoyed seeing all of our church!!!!!

      The good times are much more enjoyable without nicotine ruining them.  I didn't have to sneak off for a cigarette!!!!!!  You can do it!!!!!!  Stay with it!!!!!!!   Namaste
