Good morning all

Hi everyone,

Happy Thursday!!!!!! How is it going?  Last night I went to pray meeting at our church.  We are studying a 40 day devotional.  It was a good time.

     Yesterday went over some of Allen Carr's book. We have defeated the nicodeamon!!!!!  How great it is to be free of him.   After the brain washing is undone we are truly free.  It takes a while.  Stay strong!!!!!   You can do it!!!!Namaste

Happy thursday Mike... thanks for sharing bible study with ME... thats good to hear....yes i am joy filled not to use nicotine for any reason... NOT ONE PUFF OVER ME! Love you Mike... stay strong in your quit... you are doing great!
