Hi all,

  Happy Sunday!!!!!!  The cookout at the church was a good time yesterday.  I had a cheeseburger and there was music.  

    How is everybody's quit going today?  After 6 years, I hardly ever have an urge or craving.  Even when I smell them I just think how horrible to be suffocating yourself!!!!!  Quite a change from 2 packs a day for 40 years!!!!!!  Namaste

OHHHHH - Cheeseburgers are my FAVORITES!  Now you've got me thinking about one.  I allow myself about one a summer, and you reminded me I haven't had one yet!  I can't use the grill here at home because, with the crutches, I can't carry food in or out the door..

I may have to get one out..oh, YUM - now I've got CHEESEBURGER  on the brain!
