MiA for a week

Hi everyone.  I will be mostly lurking this week and it may take me awhile to respond.  We will be renewing our vows this coming weekend and will have house guests.  

I will continue to watch videos and read the book suggested as I have time.

Do take the time to blog with "HELP" in the subject line if you start to feel like you really want to smoke....and give us time to talk you down.
