Give and get support around quitting
One of my biggest obstacles to quitting was wondering
if I would ever be able to be free of smoking.
My concern was the nicotine receptors.
I feared they would never stop wanting nicotine.
Until I did my research.
It's all about education! When we understand the why, it becomes easier to conquer the what. I wonder if in the 8 years since this piece was written there's newer info on it. Just found this which is kind of interesting.

So even though it only takes about 3 days for the nicotine to be mostly cleared out it takes 6 to 12 weeks for the nicotine receptors to clear out .
We always need to remember that those receptors are more than willing to wake up...at ANY given time.
Thanks Dale, something I didn't know. It will help.
Thanks Dale!
