    Happy Wednesday!!!!!!  How's it going this fine day?  Yesterday I went to market in the morning.  I got some lettuce.  

    Isn't it great to be rid of the nicotine monster??????  For forty years he screamed in my head, "I want a cigarette "!!!!!!  Now he is gone and my mind is somewhat at peace!!!!!!  How glorious it is!!!!!!  You can do it!!!!  Stay with it!!!!!  It's worth it!!!!  Namaste
