    Happy Sunday!!!!!  It's our day of rest again!!!!  Are you ready for church?  A good way to feed the soul and spirit.  

    I must admit that my worse day without nicotine beats my best day with nicotine!!!!!!!!  The advantages are many and the only thing that's lost is a shorter life!!!!!!!  Namaste

Hi Mike.  We have a new female pastor at my Methodist Church.  Today was communion as you know from being a Methodist too.  I enjoyed it.  The female touches were obvious and delightful.  Enjoy your Sunday.
