Hi everyone,

    Happy Saturday!!!!!!  Hopefully it is a happy one!!!!  Yesterday I went to another AA meeting.  It was a good time.  Later I went to the first Friday celebration downtown.

    It's another day quit!!!!!  That's something to celebrate!!!!!  And another day away from our using life.  Glory be!!!!!  Namaste

Hi,

    My back feels much better doing the exercises they gave me at physical therapy.  Monday is my last day of it.  It really helped.  I was hurting but now I am getting around pretty good now.
