    Happy Sunday!!!!!!  The day of rest is here again!!!!  Things are falling in place for my retirement.  It was a good first week.  

    Isn't it great to be off the nicotine?  I was a serial quitter with very little hope!!!!  Then I found EX!!!!   People were blogging about last quits and getting ready for it!!!!  I thought maybe it will work for me!!!!  And it did!!!!!!  Stay close.  You can do it!!!  Namaste

You are such a decisive guy.  Back problems?  Retire!  Just like that!  I admire that.  It's something I would have worried to death for months!

Remember - now EVERY day can be a day of rest!  You've earned it!!!

I can't wait to hear about the first day you actually sleep in!  That is the luxury I most enjoy!
