Give and get support around quitting

Reading as much as possible

An Ex-texted came in for me not to smoke for 5 minutes.  I lasted for 1 hour and then I picked up.  I have to follow the directions as described and keep it simple.  I feel like a scared but hopeful baby instead of a 67 year old...  The prodigal child is returning home,

I put Carr aside and I am reading The Play - A Quit Dialogue in IV Acts - I am going back to Carr as soon as I finish the play.

Not enough words to express my gratitude for this site.

12Finally34  You are doing this, you are really preparing and that is a huge key in success.  I love that play.  You might also consider writing a "Dear John" letter to Nic...short for nicotine.  Tell him what he has done to you, how he has made you question yourself, how he has made you stuff your emotions down so that you are not sure how to deal with them as they begin to surface.  You CAN do this...you are NOT alone.
