I want them to print me a nice, straight spine that supports my ribcage and helps me to stand up straight without sciatica.  Can you imagine what an amazing thing that would be?  How about some nice, shiny new lungs?  I understand they can take OUR stem cells...not someone else's and they actually have had some success in regrowing body parts.  No chance of rejection since it's YOUR parts to begin with.  Not so sure about a 3D printed version.
