Some sort of leg strengthening therapy device for leg muscle rehab???? not sure....looks like the platform is big enough for a thigh or calf and strap it in...for a little resistance training????? I give up

but not the physical therapy part.
although your legs will undoubtedly gain strength, that is not its function.
