    Happy Friday!!!!!!!!!  Well wasn't making Friday fun???  Hopefully it was smoke free.  At work we are still in the process of moving things to the new warehouse.  It will take time.

    How is everybody's quit going?  I never even realized a quit journey could be so glorious.  Stay away from the thought that one puff or smoke will not matter.  You will end up right back where you were.  Namaste
