Hi all,

    Happy Saturday!!!!!  The weather is to be nice and warm this weekend!!!!!!  It's less than two weeks until Summer!!!!!  I love seeing people out more doing things.

    How is everybody's quit going this fine day?  If you have just quit;  it will get better and better!!!!  Don't give up!!!!!!  Things will improve in time!!!!!

Good morning, Mike.  I am going to my friend's house to exercise in her pool today.  It is going to be sunny and very warm.  Tomorrow, I am working and I haven't worked in a few weeks because of my back pain...I am hoping that I can handle it without too much difficulty.
