    Happy Tuesday!!!!!!  Another new day is here!!!!!! I hope everybody has a great smoke free day!!!!!  It sounds and looks like they had a good time at the EX meeting in Virginia.

    How's the quit going?  Mine is doing great.  I am smoke free and loving it!!!!!!!  Life on life's terms is a good thing to accept.  There aren't any good shortcuts.  Take care.

Good morning Mike.  I am up early to get the train started.  The EX5 weekend was great.  Hope you have a great smokefree day.

GM Mike.  My quit is going well thus far.  I am a little concerned for when I'm off the patches...but I have gum I can put in the pocket of my mouth.  The chewing won't go well with my dentures but perhaps using it like chew would work just the same.   I will simply focus on today even tho I am concerned about my quit in the future.  The fact that my breather isn't working should do the trick.  I do LOVE not smoking.  Not missing out on conversations, the whole gambit is a blessing.
