It's every individuals choice whether to smoke or not so choose NOT!,once I stopped making EXcuses why I would continually relapse and starting adding up all of the reasons why I was quitting then I started stacking up those precious smoke free days, thanks Dale!

MY decision is to NOT smoke.  You are absolutely right that no one forced me to smoke...no one is forcing me not to either, except maybe my body.
