Quitting smoking, like many things, is only as difficult as you make it. My Aunt Opal has been on my mind since I visited with her last Friday. She was a smoker. But she told me that it wasn't really that hard for her to quit. Why, I asked myself was she so successful at quitting without using NRT and without a support group? The answer is simple - she had made up her mind. All you people out there playing around with quitting or sitting on the fence trying to make up your mind - this is for you: I hope you do it before it is too late!
