Posting this for all who are living a hell. Going to bed because of my DEEP depression. Cannot take anymore and yet want in my head to stay straight. Here is hoping tomorrow is better.
Thank you for checking in... You did it. Look, just look at the strength of you. You did it. No matter what.... N.O.P.E.
Sleep well, and be proud, very proud. Tomorrow the sun will shine again for you....
Yes, Owl is right, you did it! Sleep well.
Things always look much better with a good nights sleep. Thank you for checking in. You can do this. Hang on!
the first two weeks are the worst. sleep as much as you can and talk to your dr if you feel the need for his help
Get a good sleep and if you can in the morning, take a good brisk walk. Stick with your quit and it will get better.
Be kind to yourself and take it one day at a time. It is always toughest when we first start to quit but I can promise you this, every day you remain smoke free is one more day you will feel better and stronger about yourself. You may not feel it in the now, but after a week, you will see you have the strength.
Keep it up! We are all behind you
Each day will get easier than the day before. I will never forget Day 5...I had a craving that lasted all day right up till bedtime...I don't know how I kept from caving in...yes, I do know. I logged on here and blogged and read everything. This is the best place to be. It will be ok. You have all the support you can ever want...everyone here started at Day 1, no matter where they are now in their quit....they all had to go through what you are going through. The rewards of not smoking are better than you can ever imagine!!!
We will ALL assure you that it not only gets better...it completely disappears one day. But you have to do the work. Just stay strong and do whatever it takes not to smoke...because it is soooooooo worth it on the other side!
