After eating was one of the worst times for me. what I found that helped was to not eat til you're full, instead eat just enough that you are not hungry. And healthier foods don't trigger as much as junk and high carbs food. The cravings I had after eating this way was small in comparison to eating til I was full. You will need to eat more often, eating 6 small meals a day. It's also a good way to maintain your weight (or even lose weight as long as you eat healthy). I've actually lost 5 pounds in my 33 days of quit, even tho I do still indulge in a little chocolate every day.
