yesterday- I think that I slipped in my plan.i tried not to smoke as much and ended up meeting that goal.i ended up smoking a little over a half of a pack.the first day-I may have smoked like 5 cigarettes.well its 2 am and guess what ?I woke up choking,after sleeping all night the night before.i feel that it must be related.i think that I met my goal because it was too easy.so todays goal= only smoke under 5 cigarettes.i will go through today and type to let you know how I did.wish me luck/
