First Morning Practice

Good Morning,

My morning:

I kept my promise to myself to come here this morning as day one to morning practice quits. A mix of emotions. I did so. First five minutes was tough, but, the next forty five went quickly with reading and watching the addiction video.  I realized the power of my addiction while running late to catch my bus. Was going in circles, by the time I got on I was crying like a baby.  Mostly frustrated with negotiating the site and with myself.  I will plan tomorrow more thoroughly.  Am breathing..

About the Author
Montana born and raised. From country to Butte, then several states to finally return to Portland, OR. High points: my children, my years raising parrots. My greatest challenges have been primarily with mental health, which has affected my stability and meeting goals. Smoking is finally top of my list. It's on it's way out. I value my ability to walk and breath. Both are threatened by this addiction. Thank you, for being a community of folks willing to offer information and support and kudos along the way.
