hey guys a quick update two days left on the step 3 nicoderm patch and i am happy to say i feel no difference from step 1 to step 3 hardly any cravings now as i said before this quit was easy for me i am so dam determined and strong will that smoking is just not a option anymore at this point my conscience will not allow it to happen when a craving does hit i just laugh and say nope never again 81 days smoke free and by the way i am not scared of no mans land boggie mans dont scare me lol have a great weekend guys and gals
