Moving forward

67 days 2 hrs smoke free and doing fine will be moving to step 3 nicoderm patch in 3 days once again I am in a mind set now that smoking is no longer a option so when I crave one I just think of all the heath issues it can cause and there are a slew of them I won't go through as we all know and then I say to myself nope its not worth it. I am no longer a smoker and my mind is fine with it this has been a easy road for me thus far so I hope it just keeps going I hope all ate well and doing fine
