Day 1 morning

Patch is on. All cigarettes and lighters are gone. I feel good about my decision and know that I am doing the right thing for me and my son. Mornings are the hardest. It is when I smoke the most. I am focusing on positive self talk and deep breathing. Writing it down helps to get it out. How is it possible to feel hot and cold at the same time? I don't know but it will pass. Deep breath. Leave for work in 10 minutes. Have rest of day filled with activity. Trying to concentrate on what I am doing while I am doing it, trying to stay in the moment. Going to read some posts to strengthen my inspiration.
