I am mentally preparing myself for tomorrow. I am going to give it my absolute best to quit cold turkey. I have been paying attention to my cravings & am surprised that probably 75% are mental. I don't have many physical urges. I have attempted quitting 3 other ti.es in my life, but never have I done it cold turkey. I'm really hopefully that I can fight this & win. If anyone has cold turkey advice I will gladly take it. Thanks in advance.
