Last week one morning I was cleaning the bedroom and I put the television on and nothing but negative news and talk shows. I looked and found a “Lucy Show”. You see Lucy was one of my favorite shows as a kid. It was her and Mr. Mooney. I was cleaning and laughing at their timeless jokes. It felt good to watch something light and funny. My hubs was up in the office working and wondering why I was laughing so hard...
A few years back my hubs, Neil bough me a “black and white autographed by Lucy picture of her and Ethel”...I cherish it because my girlfriend and I used to call each other “Lucy and Ethel”...It got me thinking about Lucy, Desi, etc., dying of smoking related diseases and how many talented people we have lost through the years from smoking related diseases. It is so sad...I found this site that named so many and their ages...it is a reminder that “one way or another you will quit smoking”...do it while you have the Choice...
