Hello Everyone at Ex’s...

That’s me, not a textbook case when it comes to anything medical.  I am so upfront and honest with Doctors when I first meet them and ask, “ Based on what I am telling you, can you take me on as a patient?  I will understand if you cannot”...I am failed by our medical people often.

Anyways, I have another root canal coming up on Thursday which causes me days of sick.  I have trigeminal neuralgia from my Brain aneurysm surgery, so my face swells and is painful.  I cannot take anything but Tylenol (Anything else causes stomach issues) and ice so relief takes awhile.  I am not complaining, because I am used to pain.  That being said, I can’t tell you how much smoking would cause all these issues to be worse.  Today, I will remember all the things I am grateful for in my life.  Most of all, I am grateful that I can heal in my own home and have a good husband to help me out.

What are you grateful for in your Life?

Have a beautiful day and remember to count your blessings.

I am here to quit smoking. This will be my third quit. Both quits before lasted a long time and then about 4 years ago I thought I could just have one with a cocktail and a friend, here I am 4 years later and finally quit 13 days.
