I'm gettIng complacent. I am still making a daily commitment not to smoke but I'm not being proactive (walking, watching my diet). I simply make my daily commitment and go about my day.
I have some some moments when I want to smoke but no real intense craves. I've deactivated most of my triggers. Had to face one yesterday, driving by a place where I bought cogarettes, but I faced it and didn't smoke. It doesn't even bother me when my coworkers go out to smoke.
My main focus right now is to get back into walking and to improve my diet.
