Wk 3: Day 1

Started taper today. No cravings for cigarettes. Used to being on the lozenges now.

Urgency to fight the addiction is waning because I'm no longer struggling not to smoke. Considering my history, I think it's wise for me to keep doing what I've been doing (daily pledge, checking in with sponsor, avoiding sugar spikes, blogging, reading).
