Almost 24 hours

I had minor cravings throughout the day. I just got off work. The urge is strong. Perhaps it is a ritual to smoke to relax when I get off work and drive home. 

I made a deep and personal commitment not to smoke today. I told my sponsor and asked for his support. I also prayed and asked for God's help. I'm checking in here. I will call my sponsor if I get a strong craving on my drive home.
