I couldn't make it witting cold turkey. I am on Day One using nicotine replacement. I made a commitment today not to smoke no matter what. I have a step down plan for the lozenges. I am reaching out for support with my sponsor and I'm going to as many meetings as I can. I'm having cravings for cigs but I am not acting on them. I am trying my best to use the tools that I know work, following through on my commitment not to smoke, just for today.
I want so bad to be done with this. But I am not there yet. I have to accept where I'm at and take suggestions instead of doing things my way.
