I'm not smoking. I'm using the lozenges. I use mints and gum between lozenges. It helps. Some cravings for cigs but really they are just passing thoughts. My cravings are for the lozenges. I don't yet have a plan for getting off the lozenges, but I want to taper myself so that I am nicotine-free. I'm tired of being controlled by my nicotine addiction. Wish I had never started back smoking.
