I haven't checked in or read any posts for the past few days. I need to check in.

I am in no man's land. I don't get many cravings. However, I still think of smoking many times. I have become accustomed to letting those thoughts go, so I am not really as aware of triggers as I was the first few days.

Good things I'm doing: going to the gym. Making an effort to stay hydrated. Using the nicotine replacement as directed.

Thinks I am slipping on: staying connected to the site. forgetting to drink enough water. Not working out often enough.

I keep working to make the most of my recovery. I hope others are doing well.
