I lasted most of the day without smoking. Then I smoked a few cigarettes. I did not like that way it made me feel, so I threw the rest of them away. I am confident that I can make it through the rest of the night without smoking. I will get back on the patch tomorrow morning. Being at home with nothing to do is a big trigger. I will be busy for the next several days but I need to plan what to do weekend after next. I can't sit at home depressed and battling the cravings all day.
