I'm on the patch today. It seems that all my struggles are psychological. I have to relearn doing everything without smoking. I got out of bed today. I've eaten. I have a big water jug to stay hydrated. The cravings I get are because I have a lot of free time today. I usually smoke to break up the monotony and transition from one task to another. I am committed to not smoking today, don't want the cravings to build up on me and lead me to relapse.
