Day 2 of quitting

I missed my initial stop date of August 2.  I stopped on Sunday, August 6 instead.  This is day two and I'm still struggling, but its a little easier.  I have read Allen Carr's "Easy Way to Stop Smoking" several times.  In fact, I keep it handy when the "little monster" starts trying to tempt me to smoke.  I love this book; however, I am using Lozenges to help with the withdrawal, which he does NOT recommend.  Are there any other great books out there I could be reading?  Thanks.
